Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird Dept: In strongly worded comments, Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney this week accused rapporteur Richard Falk of bias and alleged he is undermining efforts to achieve peace in the Middle East, according to Vancouver Sun.
