Crown prosecutor Robert Kenny asked Shams what he could remember of Khairi s statements while being interviewed by police on March 19, 2008, the day after he called 911 to say someone had murdered his wife Randjida, 53 and an Afghan immigrant who stabbed his wife and slit her throat four years ago claimed she and their elder son had often beaten him, his murder trial has heard.
