Ontario Provincial Police: Bowcock

Canada Border Services Agency Dept: The Ontario Provincial Police told the Toronto Star Wednesday that Bowcock was a civilian dispatcher at the OPP s communications centre in London, Ont., until the spring of this year, before she moved to British Columbia, according to The Star. Bowcock, in her 20s, was shot in the neck while on duty at the Peace Arch border crossing in Surrey, about 45 kilometres south of Vancouver, around 2 p.m. Tuesday.
