David Onley Dept: Alexander s body is expected to lie in state at Queen s Park until Monday evening, according to CTV. The barrier-breaking politician, dubbed a living legend by Ontario Lt.-Gov. David Onley, died two days ago at the age of 90 and mourners will get the chance to pay their respects to former Ontario lieutenant-governor Lincoln Alexander, also Canada s first black member of Parliament, at the province s legislature on Sunday. Visiting hours are on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Monday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the legislature's main building. A book of condolences will be available.
