Sudz Sutherland: Jamaica

Toronto International Film Festival Dept: The movie tells the story of three people deported to Jamaica after living most of their lives in adopted countries, like Canada. Home Again is the latest work from the husband-and-wife team and raises real issues about Canada's immigration policies, according to CBC. "I think it's great to premiere this film at TIFF because Jamaica has a special relationship with Toronto." Toronto filmmaking couple Sudz Sutherland and Jennifer Holness have poured their hearts into Home Again , premiering at this year's Toronto International Film Festival. "The film poses a question to the audience: What would you do if you were stripped of all home, all support networks, all family?" said Sutherland, who served as director on the drama.
