Favourite Book Dept: For the second year in a row, the launched a campaign asking the public to select their favourite book from a list of books eligible for the prize. This year's winner is 'The Beggar's Opera' by Peggy Blair, according to CBC. Agro s book has been receiving its fair share with nominations coming in from British Columbia and Alberta, as well as Hamilton and vince Agro's book 'The Good Doctor' was a popular pick as the Giller Prize Reader's Choice, just not popular enough.
