Queen Street East Dept: Toronto police said Brian Ray Dinning, 47, was found in a home in the Queen Street East and Hammersmith Avenue area on Monday and placed in custody, according to CTV. Police allege the suspect defrauded victims in the U.S. and Canada of approximately $2.5 million over the past seven years and a man wanted in connection to a $2.5-million fraud investigation in the United States was arrested in Toronto this week. Dinning is wanted in the United States on 25 counts of wire fraud. The State of Virginia issued a warrant for his arrest in June. (www.immigrantscanada.com). As reported in the news.
