Dept: Idris Knapp, the manager of the mosque, on the 700 block of Ellice Avenue, in the city's West End, said people were praying during Ramadan and came out of the mosque shortly after 12 a.m. Friday, according to CBC. The man then started smashing the windshields of several cars and people in Winnipeg's Muslim community are shaken after someone vandalized several cars near the Central Mosque.
