Terry Browne Dept: TORONTO - Police have arrested a man in connection with a deadly daylight shooting which took place in Toronto's Little Italy this week, according to Winnipeg Free Press. Det. Sgt. Terry Browne said Wiwchar is a resident of British Columbia who has a connection to Toronto, and was carrying identification under different names and a Toronto of police car at a 2012 crime scene in Toronto.
