Military Plane Dept: Magnotta landed aboard a military plane that took off from Germany, where the 29-year-old was arrested earlier this month following an international manhunt, and he arrived at Mirabel airport near Montreal just before 7 p.m. Monday, according to Vancouver Sun. A convoy of emergency vehicles, with flashing lights, rolled out to meet Magnotta. A half-dozen men escorted him down the stairs off the plane, onto the tarmac, and into a minivan in the convoy. Standing nearby were armed guards, at least one carrying an assault weapon and mONTREAL - Luka Rocco Magnotta, the lone suspect in a brutal Montreal killing that made headlines around the world, is back home to face justice on Canadian soil.
