Bruce Perrin Dept: Bruce Perrin, 52, pleaded guilty earlier this week to failure to yield to a pedestrian, a violation under the Traffic Safety Act, according to CBC. O'Connor, an employee of the city of Edmonton, was on her way to work and a former Edmonton bus driver was fined $2,000 dollars and handed a 90-day licence suspension for hitting and killing a pedestrian in April 2011.
