Peter Mansbridge: Canadian Citizenship

Mansbridge Dept: Curiosity made me watch this interview, and it did not exceed my expectations. Conrad Black, as bombastic and pompous as ever, held forth in his opulent library, with Peter Mansbridge looking like a supplicant before the Lord of Crossharbour. In fact, the Lord was a bit cross, interrupting Mansbridge's questioning, saying let me finish! Peter was a bit flustered, but carried on as the trouper he is, according to The Star. The gall, arrogance and pomposity of this Lord are beyond reason. Any mere human would at least admit his errors and even apologize to Canadians for throwing away his Canadian citizenship as if it were a bauble and re: Black may apply for Canadian citizenship, May 21 Likely as a sop to Peter, he alluded to their Order of Canada, and intimated that Peter would understand why he would not want to give it back, since Peter also was a recipient of the order.
