Hayder Mustafa Qasim, 20, travelled to Norway from Baghdad this week to attend the proceedings against Breivik in Oslo's district court, his lawyer, Kari Nessa Nordtun, told The Associated Press and the self-styled, anti-Muslim militant Anders Behring Breivik, centre, is escorted from the courtroom by police following an incident when a shoe was thrown at Breivik, in Oslo Friday, May 11, 2012.
