Manitoba Museum Dept: A 45-minute presentation telling the story of the Manitobans who were on board the doomed ocean liner will take place at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday in the Grasslands Theatre, according to Winnipeg Free Press. The program will also include a few artefacts from the museum s Titanic: The Manitoba Connection exhibit, a power-point presentation and clips from James Cameron s Titanic that tell the true-life story of one immigrant family who were on their way to Manitoba when tragedy struck and the Manitoba Museum will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic with a special program this weekend.
