Toronto Dept: Police said that, on three separate occasions, the man left his white SUV and called out to women to ask for directions. As they approached him, he would allegedly expose himself, according to The Star. Peter Marrone, of Toronto, was arrested on Thursday. He is charged with four counts of criminal harassment and two counts of indecent acts and a 20-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to women in Toronto s west end, according to police. The incidents took place on Feb. 1, and April 2 and 3. The first incident happened near Bloor St. W. and South Kingsway , the second near Rathburn Rd. and Islington Rd. , and the third near the Royal York Rd. and Kingsway area.
