Evening Telephone Number Entry: Entries

TO ENTER the Canada AM - UK Adventure contest the "Contest" simply send an e-mail to UKadventure@ .ca including your first and last name, address, email address, age, ten digit day time and evening telephone number "Entry ies " . An Entry will be rejected if it is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.
