Gazel Manuel Dept: Close to 100 students worried about their schooling attended a lunch-hour rally at the University of Winnipeg on Wednesday, according to Winnipeg Free Press. "The problem for me is specialization," said Gazel Manuel, a third-year sociology student who helped organize the rally. "I'm specializing in race, ethnicity and immigration." Students gather to protest budget cuts on Portage Avenue in front of the University of Winnipeg on Wednesday.
