Jennifer Penman Dept: Roman Luskin was sentenced Monday morning at Toronto's Old City Hall courthouse, according to CBC. Jennifer Penman, Luskin's lawyer, said her client is devastated by what he did and a 23-year-old Toronto man convicted of killing three people while driving drunk has been sentenced to eight years in prison.
