Benjamin Monty Robinson Dept: Robinson was driving home from a party with his two children on the night of Oct. 25, 2008 when his SUV collided with a motorcycle driven by Orion Hutchinson, 21, at the intersection of Gilchrist Drive and Sixth Avenue in Delta, according to Vancouver Sun. The accident occurred almost a year after he had led the team of four RCMP officers responsible for the Tasering of Polish immigrant Robert Dziekan-ski at Vancouver International Airport. Dziekanski died at the scene and richmond RCMP Cpl. Benjamin Monty Robinson was found guilty Friday of obstruction of justice for what a judge called "a wilfully designed" plan to nullify Delta police attempts to determine if he was impaired when his Jeep was involved in a fatal collision with a motorcyclist.
