Malaysia Dept: Winnipeg's globe-trotting human rights lawyer David Matas is trying to help thousands of Sri Lankan refugees stuck in limbo in Indonesia and Malaysia, including a dozen families hoping to come to Winnipeg, according to Winnipeg Free Press.
