UforChange Dept: Launched three years ago with funding from Citizenship and Immigration Canada, UforChange offers young artists 16 29 who live in and around the highrise St. James Town neighbourhood the break they need, according to The Star. UforChange does it through free workshops, five days a week, with free materials.
