Parents And Grandparents: Aging Population

Skilled Worker Dept: Immigration Minister Jason Kenney put a twoyear moratorium on applications for parents and grandparents who want to come to Canada to live. He said the moratorium was necessary because of the large backlog of applicants the government has to clear, according to Montreal Gazette. Now our government wants us to share what little we have left with strangers and re: "Ottawa breaks skilled-worker backlog" Gazette, Nov. 4 . That is not the point. Canada already has an aging population that we worry about how we will take care of.
