Refugee Community: Kids Award

Welham Dept: Dressing up as the animated character Sailor Moon to encourage youth in her community to support the food bank was one of Carly Welham's most creative initiatives, according to Winnipeg Free Press. Great Friends of Kids award recipients were recognized at the Great Friends to Kids awards ceremony Wednesday morning at the Children s Museum.
