Guatemalan Authorities: Canadian Citizen

Erres Dept: Jorge Vinicio Orantes Sosa was arrested earlier this year in Lethbridge, Alta., and is accused of lying to American immigration authorities when he applied for U.S. citizenship, according to The Chronicle Herald.
