Federal Court Judge: Deportation

Stretcher Dept: Paola Ortiz was scheduled to leave on a 10:10 a.m. Aeromexico flight after a Federal Court judge refused to suspend her deportation order during an appeal hearing Monday afternoon, according to CBC. It's not clear when Ortiz's flight will be rescheduled and a woman who has lived in Montreal for the past five years has been ordered deported back to her native Mexico Tuesday, but her deportation was delayed after she was taken to hospital. At the airport, she was not feeling well and medical personnel came to check her before calling an ambulance. Ortiz was taken away on a stretcher and transferred to hospital.
