Queen St Dept: Police, with help from the Canada Border Services Agency, arrested the man around noon Friday at an address near Queen St. E. and Pape Ave, according to The Star. Police say Konyaki fled the United States in early August and arrived in Toronto Aug. 8. Toronto police have arrested an American fugitive who was alleged to be hiding in the city.Steven Paul Konyaki, 30, is wanted in Massachusetts for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl and two women.
