Canada s Minister of Immigration and Citizenship Jason Kenney announced a special visa program in September 2009 for Afghans who face exceptional risk or who have suffered serious injury because of their work with Canadians and vANCOUVER The soldiers code demands that no one be left behind, and to medic Philip Hunter, that includes an Afghan interpreter who showed incredible courage to save the lives of Canadians and their Afghan allies.
