Calgary Herald Dept: Stephen Harper was the guest of honour at the Oakridge Community Association breakfast in his Calgary Southwest constituency, where he served hundreds of Calgarians who lined up for food and photos with the country's most powerful politician, according to Calgary Herald. It was a prime photo opportunity for Smith, whose Wildrose party is quietly supported by a number of Alberta Conservative members of Parliament and their supporters and three of the most popular politicians in the province got the rock star welcome Sunday as they flipped flapjacks at a Stampede breakfast that saw the Wildrose Alliance snare some valuable face time with the prime minister. Joining Harper at the breakfast was Mayor Naheed Nenshi and Wildrose Alliance Leader Danielle Smith, who both rubbed elbows with the prime minister during his one-hour stop. Calgary-Glenmore Wildrose MLA Paul Hinman also chatted with the PM while in the serving line. As
