During the election, Harper vowed that a Conservative government would hit the ground running and the newly elected Prime Minister was in his office at 8 a.m. Wednesday and oTTAWA Prime Minister Stephen Harper says Canada s new crop of MPs will be in Parliament soon as his Conservatives gear up for a busy spring session to launch their majority mandate.
