Credit Card Thefts Dept: Abderrahin Boulkalia, 40, was arrested by Canada Border Services Agency and city police Tuesday afternoon after Calgary Transit officers spotted him in the 400 block of Centre Street N, according to Calgary Herald. Boulkalia, who claims he's a problem gambler, has racked up a string of convictions for credit card thefts since arriving in Canada in 1999 and an Algerian national who has been living underground in Calgary, hiding from immigration authorities, is back in custody. He is being detained and is set to be sent back to Algeria in June. As reported in the news.
