That has sparked speculation that two political veterans could be on the move: John Baird, now the government House leader, and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney, whose dogged outreach to new Canadians helped cement the support that made the majority win a reality and oTTAWA The Greater Toronto Area is expected to get a bigger voice in Stephen Harper s inner circle as he takes the wraps off his new cabinet Wednesday. The Prime Minister s Office has sought to downplay the cabinet moves, calling them minor.
