Arctic Russia: Citizenship Ceremony

Despite the harmless rhetoric on both sides of the Atlantic, territorial claims over vast stretches of the energy-rich Arctic are serious business. All the nations that border the Arctic -Russia, the United States, Canada, Norway and Denmark via Greenland -are expected to submit their arguments to the United Nations by 2014.
