War Crimes Dept: Immigration officials claim that when Branko Rogan applied for citizenship in this country, he failed to disclose his alleged past as a guard at a detention facility where Bosnian Muslims were victimized in 1992, according to CBC. One of the first witnesses against Rogan was Ramiz Pervan, who travelled from Sweden to testify in the case and proceedings have begun in Federal Court in Vancouver against a Port Coquitlam, B.C., man who may lose his Canadian citizenship for allegedly participating in war crimes in Bosnia. If the Crown convinces the court of its allegations against the 49-year-old former Serbian, it would be the first-ever citizenship revocation for war crimes committed after the Second World War. As
