Mexican Authorities Dept: Calgary police said Thursday that immigration officials in Tijuana arrested Pablo Rodrigo Russell, 34, on Wednesday after he was unable to provide proper documentation. Officials then discovered the warrants for his arrest and contacted Canadian officials. Pablo Rodrigo Russell, 34, has been arrested in Mexico on a murder warrant issued in Calgary. Calgary Police Service, according to CBC. Calgary police issued warrants for Russell on March 15 for first-degree murder and one count each of accessing and possessing child pornography and mexican authorities have arrested a man wanted by Calgary police in connection with a murder in the city last year. Russell has since been transferred to Mexico City where he is awaiting a deportation hearing. As
