Stephen Harper: Grudges

Tax Break Dept: Conservative Leader Stephen Harper n even had a family handy Monday as he promised a tax break for the kids in, oh, 2015. Slay the deficit first, he said, then comes the tax break, as long as the children haven't turned 18 yet, according to Calgary Herald. But nobody would call it inspiring and let's hope it doesn't end the way it starts; as a campaign of bits and pieces, grudges and headshots, with a sales force of candidates pitching coupon giveaways to the suddenly iconic Canadian family. That might be fiscally responsible. It could even be useful someday. As reported in the news.
