Qatar Airways Dept: That boost would come in the form of finalizing, at long last, the roller-coaster purchase talks for a raft of CSeries airliners being developed by Bombardier Inc, according to Montreal Gazette. But the Doha-based airline sounds increasingly certain to provide the city another boost around that time.
