Ghettoization Dept: There is an important distinction between multiculturalism as understood by Europeans, who introduced it late in a vain attempt to repair the damage done by the ghettoization resulting from years of hostility to immigrants becoming citizens, and Canadian multiculturalism, which was instituted to facilitate the integration of a welcome immigrant population, according to Montreal Gazette.
