Immigrant: Logic

Dept: I refrained from commenting for some time but finally signed up and posted my own comments. I tried to be non-confrontational and polite. However, I was not always successful. Some actually disagreed with my iron-clad logic, according to The Star. Immigrant seems to have become code for non-white, Muslim, terrorists; real Canadians whatever that means are better than other Canadians; and French Canadians are inferior Canadians and are welcome to leave and when the Star opened articles to comments from the public, I was concerned that it would simply give voice to some whose views were at best strident and at worst repugnant, to say the least. In any event, it became apparent to me, at least, that there were problems with this forum. I would never urge you to stifle the opinions expressed here but I personally find many disturbing. As reported in the news.
