Foreign Trained Professionals: Integration Policy

Government Efforts Dept: The study was published today by the British Council and the Migration Policy Group, according to CTV. The study shows that while Canada has some of the strongest policies in place to ensure the integration of immigrants, there are still areas it can improve and learn from others and canada's ranking has moved up by two notches to third place, behind Sweden and Portugal, among 31 countries. It attributes Canada's rise in the Migration Integration Policy Index largely to government efforts to recognize the credentials of foreign-trained professionals. As reported in the news.
