Balanced Budget: Conservative Leader

Baillie Dept: Jamie Baillie, speaking Friday at the party's annual general meeting in Halifax, called on the government to table a balanced budget this spring, instead of sticking with its stated goal of 2014, according to CBC. Darrell Dexter's government has been in office more than 19 months and is working on its third budget and nova Scotia's Progressive Conservative leader says the governing New Democrats aren't doing enough to tackle the province's projected $370-million deficit.
