Immigration Canada Dept: Jonathan Muller said his Colombian wife Sandra Camargo got a temporary visa last January and her application for permanent residency in Canada was accepted in November, according to CBC. If Camargo's visa expired before she used the residency papers to come to Canada, she would have had to start the application process from scratch and jonathan Muller, right, and his Columbian wife Sandra Camargo, left, were married last year just outside New York city. A Montreal man says a mistake by Immigration Canada cost he and his wife thousands of dollars and unbearable stress.
