In seven months she's been unable to find any kind of job matching her skills, education and experience -- an unexpected and discouraging byproduct of her foreign credentials and it's been seven months since Karla Claros immigrated with her family to British Columbia from her home in northern Brazil. Claros expected the move to be difficult. But the 39-year-old IT project manager and technical college instructor wasn't prepared for the toll it's taken on her career. As reported in the news.
