Daniel Garcia Dept: Garcia's lawyers tried to argue the teenager would suffer if he were pulled out of Toronto's Parkdale Collegiate midway through the school year, because he won't be able to start school in Mexico until September, according to CBC. The Canada Border Services Agency had already rejected that notion, however, and the judge agreed and a Mexican teen's effort to remain in Canada failed Friday when a Federal Court judge rejected his effort to stay a deportation order, meaning Daniel Garcia will likely be deported to Mexico on Saturday. "We're talking about a kid who's halfway through school," said Daniel Kingwell, Garcia's lawyer. As reported in the news.
