Suspicious Package Dept: Fire, police and ambulance crews descended on the IRB offices in an Ottawa highrise shortly after lunch in response to concerns about the contents of an envelope, according to The Star. Experts in chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear hazards as well as hazardous material crews from the Ottawa Fire Service are on the scene to inspect the package and oTTAWA Hazardous material crews have isolated employees at an Immigration and Refugee Board office after complaints about a suspicious package.
