Deportation Dept: Garcia was whisked away to immigration jail late last week and now faces removal to Mexico, according to CTV. Garcia fled Mexico at the age of 15 after he and his sister endured ongoing violence as a result of her sexual orientation and daniel Garcia is a Grade 11 student at Parkdale Collegiate Institute in Toronto. A motion seeking to stay his deportation is to be filed with the Federal Court this morning. As reported in the news.
