Rocky Shore Dept: The wooden boat, believed to be carrying as many as 100 asylum seekers, broke apart on the rocky shore of the remote island early Wednesday, according to CBC. Australian officials confirmed that seven children were among the people killed in the shipwreck and australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has warned that more bodies will likely be found in the waters near Christmas Island after a boat carrying asylum seekers crashed into shore.
