Human Rights Commission Dept: Today, the Quebec Human Rights Commission is to reveal the findings of a three-year investigation addressing systemic discrimination against doctors trained outside Canada or the United States, according to Montreal Gazette. The commission launched the investigation on its own, rather than in response to individual complaints and the results of a massive inquiry are expected to confirm foreign-trained doctors' long-standing allegations that they are systemically shut out of the Quebec medical workforce.
