Refugee Claim: Living In Calgary

Calgary Herald Dept: Enebechi, 44, had been living in Calgary since he came to Canada on Oct. 10, 2009, according to Calgary Herald and an immigrant who applied for refugee status under a fake name when his visitor visa was due to expire has been deported. Emeka Kenice Enebechi was removed from Canada on Monday for misrepresenting himself. Two days before his visitor's visa expired, Enebechi made a refugee claim under the alias David Jones. He was arrested on Sept. 13 after the Canada Border Services Agency investigated. As reported in the news.
