Chris Penn Dept: The actor and his wife, Evi, were arrested in Vancouver last month on warrants from the U.S., prompting them to make their refugee claim, according to The Star. They've said other celebrities, such as Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Mel Gibson, have also been targeted by people out to kill celebrities and take control of their finances and vANCOUVER Randy Quaid is set to appear at an immigration hearing today as he tries to stay in Canada to escape what he claims are "Hollywood star whackers." They believe actors Heath Ledger, Chris Penn and David Carradine whose deaths were all ruled accidental or natural were murdered and the Quaids fear they could be next. As reported in the news.
