Bench Warrant: Refugee Claim

David Carradine Dept: The actor and his wife, Evi, were arrested in Vancouver last month on outstanding warrants in the U.S. and made a plea to stay in Canada. The couple claim a group they call the "Hollywood star whackers" are plotting to kill them, according to CBC. Evi Quaid dropped her refugee claim after her lawyer discovered she can claim Canadian citizenship because her father was Canadian. But a California judge issued a bench warrant for her on Nov. 2 after the couple missed a mandatory arraignment for a felony vandalism case and randy Quaid leaves an IRB hearing in Vancouver on Monday morning.
